The Lacey Food Bank Kids volunteers will be distributing Back 2 School supplies:
The current health situation mandates that we change the way we do Back2School this year.
Instead of a separate distribution for school supplies, this year we will provide each client family,
WITH REGISTERED CHILDREN,
IN GRADES K-8 / AGES 5 thru 13
with basic school supplies of notebooks, folders, pens, and pencils, etc.
There will be NO BACKPACKS this year.
There will be NO SNACK PACKS, FAMILY SIZE PB&J
OR CLASSROOM SUPPLIES.
Each family will receive their bag of school supplies at they receive their food bags at the regular AUGUST food distribution.
With limited resources, YOU AND THE CHILDREN must be a current registered client of the food bank as of the July distribution.
The LFBKids Volunteers, like you, would have preferred that things were different but in the interest of everyone’s health and welfare, we have no choice but to make these changes.
We look forward to getting back to normal in 2021!
