Students from LTHS Interact Club (the student component of the Forked River Rotary Club) paid us a visit recently bringing with them a generous donation and a readiness to lend a hand. Under the leadership of advisor Ms. Keena Garabo Frechette, the Interact Club members take part in many service projects that benefit the Lacey Food Bank throughout the year. This visit included a tour of the Food Bank and lending a hand with the intake of community donations ( sorting, checking for expiration dates, and shelving) and helping out with the assembly of emergency food bags.
