Congratulations and Job Well Done to everyone who participated and contributed to the Community Food Drive initiated by Donna McAvoy in conjunction with so many, many businesses and local organizations and our Lacey citizens. In her own words, Donna wrote::
“Our community is simply incredible! We collected 802 bags of food and many checks from 300 families for the Lacey Food bank. Special thanks to the local businesses who joined our food drive: Forked River Wine and Spirits, Max Challenge, Land of Oz, TD Bank, and the Forked River Baptist Church. Many thanks to Dr. Vanessa Clark and Lacey Schools who provided driversfor porck pick-ups, deliveries and stockers. Also to everyone else who helped make the food drive so successful! Job Well Done, Everyone!!!”
