Today I am reminded of a quote that says “Children are a third of our population but 100% of our future” And if that be so, then the people of Lacey should be happy to know that our future is in good and kind hands. The students of the Cedar Creek, Forked River and Lanoka Harbor Elementary Schools recently collected an overflowing shopping cart full of food for the Lacey Food Bank! And today, the Wrestling Team from Lacey Township High School presented us with 22 full bags of groceries! From the playground to graduation day, the Traditions of Pride & Excellence is demonstrated daily by the students, staff and parents who so generously give and give back to our community. Good Job Lions!!
